The health and safety of our customers is our single most important priority. We use easy to find symbols to label items such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free.
Our menu and recipe development program, provides in-depth allergen information for all of our on-site created recipes to ensure we can label our menu features accordingly. Although many foods can cause allergic reactions,
the majority of allergic reactions in Canada are caused by peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, soy, seafood (such as fish, crustaceans and shellfish), wheat, eggs, milk, sulphites and mustard.
Allergens can cause a reaction in your respiratory system, stomach and intestines, skin or cardiovascular system. The symptoms of allergic reactions vary in type and severity, from mild skin irritations and hives to breathing difficulties and loss of consciousness.
